lyrics

I've got a new computer in an old computer case.
I hold on to all I find, but I work hard to integrate.
I got married in April; I moved out in March, but I'm not tired of seeing you.

So, you're invited to my house.
Yeah, that's what Christmas should be all about.

When I am a seeker, I seek both day and night.
I seek the Lord to help me out, and he shows me the light.
Just step inside this home of ours, friends, and you will find all is calm.
All is bright.

But, that is not to say I've settled down.
I've just become familiar with another feeling.
I've learned to live in other timelines now.
But, you are all the ones I want, and I always do.

So, you're invited to my house.
Yeah, that's what Christmas should be all about.

When I am a dreamer, I dream of lives combined.
I see us all together making music through the night.
I do not care about bad blood or poisonous grudges from the past.

I've always said, "Why else do we live?"
But, I did not mean it as much as when I said it to my friends.
I've got eight more years of plans laid out, but I never plan to stop.

So you're invited to my house.
Isn't that what Christmas should be all about?

Strike the harp, and join the chorus.
We've got amazing times left for us.
Sing we joyous all together,
and times like this will last forever.

Yeah, that's what Christmas will be all about.
Yeah, that's what Christmas will be all about.
